Biography:
Rep. Stream, a Republican, represents the Kirkwood and Des Peres area of St. Louis County (District 90) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to the House in November 2006.

Formerly, Rep. Stream worked as a Budget/Project Manager for the Dept. of Defense, Army Aviation and Logistics Commands (1977-2006), and as a U.S. Naval Officer (1971-75). He also served on the Kirkwood School Board (1992-2004) and served as President (1998-2000).

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Stream is a member of the American Legion Post 156 – Vice Commander and attends Greentree Community Church.

Rep. Stream graduated from Kirkwood High School in St. Louis County. He also graduated from Meramec Community College in 1969 with an Associates Degree in Business and then went on to attain his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Missouri – St. Louis in 1971.

Rep. Stream was born on February 23, 1949 in St. Louis and he currently resides in Kirkwood with his wife, Ellen. They have four children: Katie, Betsy, Larry and Eric.
