HCS/SCS/SB 515 - This act changes the requirements that items must meet to be filed with the County Recorder of Deeds in certain counties and in St. Louis City. This act allows items that do not meet the requirements of this section to pay an additional fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for filing.

This act has an effective date of January 1, 2002.

This act is similar to TAT SCS/HB 606 (2001).
