INTRODUCED

HB 1396 -- Sales and Use Tax

Sponsor:  Cooper

This bill exempts from state and local sales taxes all sales of
food types that are eligible to be purchased through the federal
food stamp program from retail establishments eligible to
participate in the federal food stamp program.
