AN ACT

Relating to intensive agriculture.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any corporation or cooperative engaged in farming as defined in section 350.010, RSMo, and is a class IA concentrated animal feeding operation as defined in department of natural resources rules, at any time shall not be eligible for any state tax credits or deductions, state grants, loans or other financial or economic assistance.
