HB 847 -- County Road Brush Control

This bill adds all third class counties north of the Missouri
River and having no portion of the county located east of U.S.
Highway 63 to the township counties located in that area that
may remove brush growing on a property owner's property that is
in the county's right-of-way and adjacent to a county road if
the property owner fails to do so within thirty days of being
notified.  The expense for removal of such brush by the county
becomes a special tax charged to the property owner.
