HB 1523 -- Parking for Physically Disabled

This bill allows for the issuance of a permanent windshield
placard to any physically disabled person or the parent or
guardian of any such person if the person's disability, in the
opinion of the physician, is expected to exceed a period of 180
days.

Temporary windshield placards can be renewed for an additional 6
months when accompanied by a physician's statement.
