INTRODUCED

HJR 56 -- Campaign Contributions from Gaming Interests

Sponsor:  Akin

This proposed constitutional amendment prohibits campaign
contributions and independent expenditures from those with
interests in the gaming industry.  Violation of this prohibition
is a class C felony and is grounds for revocation of the gaming
license.
