AN ACT

To repeal section 374.122, RSMo 1994, relating to the department of insurance.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Section 374.122, RSMo 1994, is repealed.

[374.122. Any person who serves as an officer of an insurance company may not, during the six-month period immediately after his service as an officer of an insurance company, be employed by the department of insurance as director, deputy director, division director or general counsel.]
