REP. DON R. KISSELL

90th General Assembly

Rep. Don Kissell, a Democrat, represents part of St. Charles County (District 17) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Kissell is the owner of Next Generation, Inc., and WWT, Inc.

Retired from a distinguished career in law enforcement, Rep. Kissell served 17 years as a police officer. A graduate of the Greater St. Louis Police Academy, during his service he rose to the rank of lieutenant. After leaving law enforcement, he has most recently done international security consulting for a major corporation, providing executive protection and investigative services.

A graduate of Berkeley High School, he earned a bachelor of science degree in administrative justice from Northeast Missouri State University in 1983.

Born October 13, 1954, in St. Louis. He is married to Nikki C. Kissell and they have three children: Don III, Kacie Nicole, and Thomas.
