This bill makes a technical correction to the statute pertaining to the Spinal Cord Injury Fund. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds. PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the purpose of the bill is to correct the statute which establishes the fund. Testifying for the bill was Senator Kenney.
