HB 346 -- Gun Court

This bill creates the gun court calendar, whereby each circuit
court will establish a priority calendar for criminal cases
involving a weapons offense.  Trials must be scheduled within 60
days of the completion of discovery.  Continuances will be
granted only upon a showing of good cause, and only for the
shortest practicable time.
