This bill allows the Special Road and Bridge Fund to be used for
park and recreational projects and storm water control
projects.  Under current law the fund can only be used for road
and bridge purposes.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

on Transportation by a vote of 18 to 0.

This bill allows the Special Road and Bridge Fund to be used for

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that storm water has caused problems
for roads and bridges and should be a part of any road and
bridge project and included within the funding program.
