HB 112 -- Initiative Petitions

This bill permits the citizens of a third class county to
propose by initiative petition any actions that would be lawful
for the county commission.  An initiative petition must be
signed by 10% of the voters in the last gubernatorial election
and must represent least 10% of the voters in at least 75% of
the voting districts within the county.
