HB 328 -- Appointment of Police Commissioners

This bill requires that the first appointment of a police
commissioner to the Board of Police Commissioners in St. Louis
and successive appointments every 4 years be a retired member of
the police force in good standing with 10 years of service and a
rank no higher than lieutenant.
