HB 484 -- Divorce

The bill specifies that a court may not deny a dissolution of
marriage for the sole reason that the wife is pregnant.  If a
court finds that the wife is pregnant and the child is a child
of the marriage, the court is allowed to retain jurisdiction to
award custody and child support after the child is born.
