HB 735 -- Public Officer and Employee Retirement Benefit Limits

This bill places a limit on retirement benefits for public
officers and employees of 100% of the participant's average
compensation for the 3 highest paid years.  Cost-of-living
adjustments, special benefits, and purchase of additional
creditable service are included in the computation of the annual
benefit amount.
