BILL SUMMARIES

INTRODUCED

HB 786 -- A+ Schools Program

Sponsor:  Shields

The bill permits public 4-year colleges offering an associate's
degree to provide postsecondary education pursuant to the A+
schools program.  Currently, postsecondary institutions eligible
for the program are limited to public community colleges and
vocational-technical schools.
