INTRODUCED

HB 121 -- Interstate Branching

Sponsor:  Backer

This bill enacts the "opt-out" provision of the Interstate
Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994.  This prohibits
interstate branching for both state and national banks into and
out of Missouri.
