HB 26 -- Income Tax Deduction For Education
Sponsor: Keveen
This bill permits resident individual income taxpayers to
deduct expenses related to a dependent's attendance at any
elementary or secondary school.
The bill is effective January 1, 1996, and applies to all tax
years beginning after December 31, 1995.
