HB 688 -- Military Search and Seizure

This bill authorizes the commanding officer at a military
facility, under emergency circumstances, to direct the search
and seizure of any person or property found within the military
facility.  All persons who enter the military facility are
deemed to have given consent to be searched.  The bill also
releases the military personnel conducting the searches and
seizures from any criminal or civil liability.
