HB 1002 -- Joint Committee on Education

Sponsor:  Aull

Currently, the Joint Committee on Education is required to
approve or deny the Commissioner of Education's proposed
expenditures on statewide areas of critical needs.  This bill
changes the requirement to reviewing, rather than approving or
denying, the list of programs and their proposed budgets.
