HB 1013 -- Trailer and Semitrailer Safety Precautions

This bill prohibits any person from climbing, standing, or
working on top of any trailer or semitrailer stopped along any
highway unless proper safety precautions are taken.  Any person
violating this provision will be guilty of an infraction
punishable by a fine of between $50 and $100.
