HB 1018 -- Sales Tax Exemption for Certain Aviation Jet Fuel

This bill authorizes a state and local sales and use tax
exemption for purchases of aviation jet fuel by air common
carriers for immediate consumption or shipment on transoceanic
flights.  To qualify for the exemption, the air common carrier
must furnish the seller with an exemption certificate.
