HB 1041 -- Commissioner of Education

Sponsor:  Stevenson

This bill requires the Commissioner of Education within the
Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to study,
evaluate, and test the progress the state is making toward its
education objectives and make the results public by free
electronic media consistent with federal and state privacy
rights.
