HB 1042 -- Ignition Interlock Devices

This bill requires a first-time offender of any intoxication-
related traffic offense to use an ignition interlock device on
any vehicle the offender operates.  The offender must provide the
Department of Revenue with proof that any motor vehicle operated
by the offender is equipped with a functioning, certified
ignition interlock device as a condition of reinstatement of the
person's driver's license.
