HB 1050 -- 911 Cellular Telephone Calls

This bill prohibits a cellular phone business from charging
consumers minute usage for 911 calls.  Language describing the
policy must be included in the contract between the consumer and
the business.  The requirements of the bill do not apply to
prepaid cellular phone plans in which no monthly bill is
disseminated.
