HB 1057 -- Home-Delivered Meals Mileage Reimbursement

This bill requires the state to use a portion of the economic
stimulus funds received from the federal American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009 to reimburse certain unemployed
volunteers for mileage expenses incurred while delivering meals
through a state home-delivered meals program.

The provisions of the bill will expire August 28, 2010.
