HB 105 -- Sexual Offenders

This bill prohibits certain sexual offenders from being present
in or loitering within 500 feet of any real property comprising
any public park with playground equipment or public swimming
pool.  Any person violating this provision will be guilty of a
class A misdemeanor for the first offense and a class D felony
for a second or subsequent offense.
