HB 1071 -- Board of Probation and Parole

This bill requires the Governor to designate one of the members
of the Board of Probation and Parole within the Department of
Corrections as the vice chairman.  In the event of the chairman's
removal, death, resignation, or inability to serve; the vice
chairman will act as the chairman upon the written order of the
Governor or the chairman.
