HB 1084 -- Photographs on Driver's and Nondriver's Licenses

This bill exempts members of a recognized religious sect or
division, as defined in 26 U.S.C. Section 1402(b) by reason of
which they are conscientiously opposed to having their photograph
taken, from the driver's license and nondriver's license
photograph requirement.
