HB 1090 -- Loan Broker Fees

This bill prohibits a bank or other lender from contracting with
a loan broker to arrange, obtain, or attempt to arrange or obtain
a loan for a borrower unless the contract specifically allows the
broker to charge the borrower an application or other fee in an
amount to be determined by the broker for his or her services.
