HB 1100 -- Candidate Filing Procedures

Currently, election authorities may allow candidates filing for
certain political subdivision or special district elections on
the first day of filing to determine by random drawing the order
in which their names will appear on the ballot.  This bill
requires the election authority to use this random drawing
procedure.
