HB 1132 -- Green Certification for the Construction or Renovation
of Certain Public School Buildings

Sponsor:  Holsman

This bill prohibits the Missouri Health and Educational
Facilities Authority within the Office of Administration from
providing any funding to a public school district for the
renovation or construction of a public school building unless the
district obtains certification from the United States Green
Building Council under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design Green Building Rating System for the project.
