HB 1138 -- Missouri Information Analysis Center

This bill establishes an oversight committee in the Missouri
Information Analysis Center within the Department of Public
Safety, comprised of five majority party and four minority party
members of the House of Representatives, appointed by the Speaker
with the concurrence of the Minority Floor Leader, to provide
legislative oversight over intelligence activities and assure
that the activities are constitutional.  The committee must
oversee and make continuing studies of the intelligence
activities and programs and submit a report to the House of
Representatives.
