HB 1147 -- Board Members of State Employees Retirement Systems

This bill adds two additional members, one from the Senate and
one from the House of Representatives, to the board of trustees
of the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol
Employees' Retirement System and the Missouri State Employees'
Retirement System for a total of two legislative members from
each chamber on each board.

One member of the Senate will be from the majority party
appointed by the President Pro Tem of the Senate and the other
member from the minority party appointed by the President Pro Tem
with the concurrence of the Minority Floor Leader of the Senate.

One member of the House of Representatives will be from the
majority party appointed by the Speaker of the House of
Representatives and the other member from the minority party
appointed by the Speaker with the concurrence of the Minority
Floor Leader of the House of Representatives.
