HB 1150 -- Insurance Performance Reporting

This bill requires every licensed insurer in the state to publish
annual performance data for the preceding calendar year on the
insurer's web site by February 1 of each year and specifies the
information to be included in the performance data.  The Director
of the Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and
Professional Registration is required to establish requirements
for the annual reporting.
