HB 1153 -- Fire Protection District Initiative and Referendum

This bill reduces the number of signatures necessary on an
initiative or referendum petition presented to a fire protection
district board to place an issue on the ballot from a number
equal to all the votes cast in the last regular district election
to 25% of the voters who cast votes in that election.
