HB 1158 -- Public Exposure

This bill creates the crime of publicly exposing the female
breast when a person knowingly fails to cover the nipple and
areola of the female breast as specified in the bill.  Exposing
the female breast will not include a woman who is breast feeding
in accordance with Section 191.918, RSMo.  Any person committing
this crime will be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
