HB 1168 -- Foreclosure Notice to Tenants

This bill requires any party attempting to sell property that is
subject to foreclosure to give any tenant and the mortgagors or
grantors named in the mortgage or deed of trust 60 days' notice
before the sale.  The notice, in a format specified in the bill,
must be sent to any tenants living in the property subject to
foreclosure.
