HB 1169 -- Sales and Use Tax Exemption for Certain Vehicles

Beginning January 1, 2010, this bill exempts new and used
vehicles assembled and sold in Missouri and purchased by a
Missouri resident from any state and local sales and use tax.
The bill specifies that a vehicle is a motorcycle; a
self-propelled vehicle, except farm tractors; or a motorized
watercraft.
