HB 1174 -- Beef Research and Teaching Farm

This bill requires the Board of Curators of the University of
Missouri to retain the experimental farm and research facility
south of the Columbia campus, known as the Beef Research and
Teaching Farm, for its current purpose of investigations,
research, experiments, teachings, demonstrations, and outreach
programs relating to the beef industry in Missouri.  The board is
authorized to purchase the necessary land and accept donated land
for the purpose, as well as acquire options on land adjoining
purchased or donated lands.
