HB 1177 -- Consumer-Directed Personal Care Assistance Services

This bill repeals the provision which requires a person to be
participating as of June 30, 2005, as a non-MO HealthNet eligible
client in order to be eligible for consumer-directed personal
care assistance services through the Department of Health and
Senior Services.
