HB 1192 -- Public Notice of Real Estate Sales

This bill exempts the public notice and advertising requirements
of Section 443.320, RSMo, regarding the sale of real estate under
a power of sale contained in a mortgage or deed of trust from the
requirements in Chapter 493.
