HB 129 -- Bank Processing of Checks

This bill requires the bank fee or overdraft charge for multiple
checks drawn on a single business day on an account for which
there is an insufficient balance to pay all the checks to be
determined by paying the checks in the order of ascending amounts
with the check for the smallest sum being processed first.
