HB 172 -- Water Well Regulations

This bill specifies that any water system that serves no more
than 75 individuals for less than 300 hours per year and is
operated by a church or other house of worship will be exempt
from all rules relating to well construction except those
applying to domestic wells which are determined to present a
threat to groundwater.
