HB 178 -- Corporate Income Tax Rates

Sponsor:  Stevenson

This bill authorizes a gradual reduction in the corporate income
tax rate from 6.25% to 5% for 2010; 3.75% for 2011; 2.5% for
2012; 1.25% for 2013; and no corporate income tax for 2014 and
thereafter.
