HB 252 -- Health and Management of Captive Deer

Sponsor:  Cunningham

This bill specifies that the health and management of privately
owned domestic captive cervids, commonly known as deer or elk,
within the state will be under the jurisdiction and control of
the Department of Agriculture.  Any costs associated with
inspections by the department will be the responsibility of the
cervid owner.
