HB 256 -- Condominium Property

Currently, unanimous approval is required from all condominium
unit owners when amending a condominium's declaration with regard
to special declarant rights or changing the number of units, the
boundaries of any unit, the allocated interests of a unit, or the
uses to which any unit is restricted.  This bill reduces the
consent requirement to two-thirds of the owners.
