HB 271 -- Design-Build Highway Projects

Currently, the Highways and Transportation Commission is only
authorized to enter into three design-build project contracts.
This bill authorizes the commission to enter into an additional
project, without any time limitation, for the design,
construction, reconstruction, or improvement of Missouri Route
364 in the counties of St. Charles and St. Louis.
