HB 273 -- Documentation for Disbursements on Certain Estates

Currently, any expenditure of more than $75 for which a personal
representative claims credit in a settlement on a decedent's
estate must be supported by a voucher executed by the person to
whom the disbursement was made.  This bill allows a cancelled
check, an electronic copy of a check, or a bank statement to be
used as documentation instead of the voucher.
